RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Please note that all sales are final, which means that items purchased from our store cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded once your purchase is complete. Therefore, we strongly advise you to double-check and ensure that all the information you have provided, including the product size, shipping address, billing address, etc., is accurate before making your purchase. Please be aware that once your order is placed, it cannot be modified or changed. Thank you for your understanding.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
We only allow returns for refunds or exchanges for items that have been damaged during transit. To initiate a return or exchange, kindly submit a claim within 7 days of receiving the item along with photo proof of the damage. After that, please return the damaged item to us. Once we receive the damaged item, we will either send out a replacement, if available, or issue a refund.
If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged or defective, please submit your claim within 30 days of receiving the product. For packages that are lost in transit, please submit your claim no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will cover the expense for any claims that are deemed to be our error.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a claim. Photo of issue must be submitted with claim.
SHIPPING
The standard shipping generally takes 8-17 business days after the order is processed.
Wrong Address – If you or you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost (if and as applicable).

What should I do if it’s past the estimated delivery time and I still haven’t received my order?
1. Wait a day or two. Shipments can get delayed for reasons we can’t predict. We understand it’s frustrating to deal with late shipments, but please remember that our estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee.
2. Get in touch with us. Let us know about your delayed shipment and we’ll check the latest delivery estimates to your location. We may ask you to wait a few more days to receive the order. Reach us by emailing [email protected]
